By accessing or using Hisabdaari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Hisabdaari provides an application for shopkeepers to manage inventory, track ledgers, and handle suppliers. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data (client lists, inventory records, financial transactions) entered into the Hisabdaari platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hisabdaari, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the application or email.
